Meeting Minutes

I  currently work as our Creative Team's administrative assistant and also focus as our Creative Team Director's assistant. With that, I  am often in creative meetings with other departments. Creative meetings tend to go opposite to how my natural skill operates. More often than they are not very structured to be able to allow for more creative discussion.  With that, meeting minutes can be a challenge. Are there any assistants that are in the creative world that can help or other companies that have similar structure? I  would love some advice on how to better capture these meetings to help my team and director.
